Where the taste of culture meets the culture of taste
Casa Artusi celebrates famed Italian epicure, Pellegrino Artusi (1820-1911), a gastronome and man of letters who became a household name in Italian kitchens after his book, La Scienza in Cucina e l'Arte di Mangiar Bene (The Science of Cooking and the Art of Eating Well), appeared in 1891.
The library, the restaurant and the wine cellar, the cooking school, events, communications.
Headquartered in Artusi’s hometown of Forlimpopoli (in the region of Emilia-Romagna), the 2800-squaremeter (30,000 sq. ft.) facility comprises a variety of spaces, each one focused on a separate aspect of food culture.
Under one roof, they bring together Artusi’s gastronomic vision and the unique home-cooking style typical of the region.
