First day:

Arrive in Parma and visit to a PDO Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese factory with tasting of the King of cheeses. Visit to a PDO Culatello di Zibello producer with reinforced cold cut tasting in the nearby restaurant. Transfer to Parma hills and visit to the magic Torrechiara castle with its rooms imbued with love and battles. Visit to a PDO Parma ham production factory and tasting of the sweet ham with possibility to purchase typical products on site.

Overnight stay in an agritourism.


Second day:

Visit to a BIO vineyard and vegetable garden near Reggio Emilia to discover natural production techniques. Then natural baking course to discover the pleasure of working flour and yeast base with your own hands. After a bit of strain… a good BIO lunch!

Visit to Bianello castle, a natural balcony in Reggio Emilia hills and then visit to a winery with tasting of native BIO wines.

Overnight stay in an agritourism.


Third day:

Transfer to Bologna and visit to an organic production of fresh fruit, jams and preserves followed by a lunch in the annexed agritourism. In the afternoon visit to an organic farm producing PDO Colli Bolognesi wines and oil with tasting.


Opportunity of extension stay in Milan to visit EXPO 2015 from May 1 to October 31, 2015: an Universal Exposition with absolutely new and innovative characteristics.
